Ltd., (VDML) an Institution in Edible Food Colour technology is engaged in the manufacturing and worldwide distribution of Synthetic Water Soluble Food Colours, Lakes, FD&C Certified Colours (U.S. FDA Approved Colours), D&C Colours (U.S. FDA Approved Colours Certified for use in Drugs & Cosmetics), FD&C Lakes, D&C Lakes & Blends these are available in various forms like Powder form, Granular form & Microfine (Plating Grade) powder form which are suitable for a wide range of applications.

The Company was incorporated on 19th January 1994 as Vidhi International Private Limited. Subsequently the name was changed to Vidhi Dyestuffs Manufacturing Private Limited and then converted into a Public Limited Company under the name and style of Vidhi Dyestuffs Manufacturing Ltd. (VDML) on 6th March, 1995.

VDML is an ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2005 & HACCP Certified Company. All colours manufactured by VDML are Kosher & Halal certified. The VDML manufacturing facility has been inspected and approved by the U.S. FDA inspection team in the year 2001. All these accreditations & certifications prove VDML’s commitment to producing the very finest quality colours.

The company has 2 manufacturing facilities spread over a total area of 16500 sq. meters with a total manufacturing capacity of 350 M. Tons a month. The company also holds another piece of land admeasuring a total of 18000 sq. meters which will be used for further expansion / diversification.

VDML is a Public Limited company listed on both Mumbai Stock Exchange & Ahmadabad Stock Exchange and is being steered through the 21st century under the able management of their Core Promoters i.e.  Mr. Bipin Manek & Mrs. Pravina Manek.

The colours produced at VDML are distributed world over through a wide gamut of Distributors /Sole Selling Agents & Stockists in over 100 countries spread across all 7 continents.
